The 400X Flow Control Valve is a pilot-operated hydraulic control valve designed to maintain a constant flow rate by automatically adjusting valve opening according to the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet. It effectively minimizes water hammer and pressure fluctuations while protecting pipelines and equipment, making it ideal for water supply, drainage, HVAC, and industrial automation systems. Constructed from ductile iron, cast iron, stainless steel, copper alloy, brass, and reinforced NBR or EPDM diaphragm materials, it is available in PN0.6, PN10, and PN16 pressure ratings. Suitable for water service from 1°C to 80°C, it offers precise flow regulation, reliable sealing, stable operation, and long service life.
