The D671X Pneumatic Soft Seat Butterfly Valve is designed for automated flow isolation and control in industrial pipeline systems. Combining a pneumatic actuator with a resilient seated butterfly valve, it delivers fast 90° operation, reliable sealing, and efficient remote automation. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical processing, power generation, metallurgy, environmental protection, and other industrial applications. The valve features a ductile iron body, multiple disc material options including nickel-plated ductile iron or stainless steel, an NBR or EPDM resilient seat, a stainless steel shaft, and an aluminum alloy or ductile iron pneumatic actuator. Available in PN6, PN10, and PN16 pressure ratings, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media.
