The HH44X Ductile Iron Slow-Closing Check Valve is designed for water supply pipelines to reduce water hammer during pump start-up and shutdown while preventing backflow. It helps protect pumps and pipelines, extending system service life in building, fire protection, municipal, industrial, mining, and water supply and drainage applications. The valve features a ductile iron body, cover, disc, and seat ring, with a stainless steel hinge and oil cylinder, plus a ductile iron or brass retaining ring. Available in PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, steam, and similar media. Its controlled slow-closing mechanism provides reliable sealing and enhanced system protection.
