The HH49X Type Micro-Resistance Slow-Closing Check Valve is installed at the outlet of water pumps to prevent backflow and reduce water hammer, ensuring safe and stable pipeline operation. It is suitable for clean water, industrial water, and sewage systems in water supply and drainage applications. The valve is constructed with a ductile iron or cast steel body, cast steel or stainless steel bonnet, ductile iron or stainless steel valve disc, stainless steel hinge, stainless steel and bronze hinge pin and seat, and a bronze sealing surface for reliable durability. Available in PN10, PN16, and PN25 pressure ratings, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C, supports water, oil, and similar media, and features an adjustable closing time of 0–60 seconds for effective water hammer control.
