HQ41X Spherical Check Valve

Description (EN):
The HQ41X Spherical Check Valve is designed to automatically prevent backflow in horizontal or vertical pipeline installations. Using a gravity-operated spherical disc, the valve opens with media pressure and closes automatically when flow stops, minimizing water hammer and protecting pipelines and equipment. The body, cover, and ball are manufactured from durable ductile iron, while the ball seat is made of NBR and the seat retainer is carbon steel. Available in nominal pressure ratings of PN0.6, PN1.0, and PN1.6, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media. Its low flow resistance and dependable sealing ensure safe and efficient system operation.
