The JM744X Hydraulically Operated Quick-Opening Exhaust Valve is designed for installation at high points in pipeline systems to automatically release accumulated air and admit large volumes of air when negative pressure occurs. During pipeline filling, it rapidly exhausts trapped air to improve filling efficiency, while during pressure loss or maintenance it quickly admits air to prevent vacuum formation and reduce water hammer. The valve features a ductile iron body, bonnet, and diaphragm, a stainless steel stem and seat, and an EPDM sealing ring for dependable sealing and durability. Rated for PN10 working pressure, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media. Its fully automatic, power-free operation ensures safe, reliable, and efficient pipeline protection.
