The KP High-Speed Exhaust Valve is designed for rapid air release in industrial and municipal water pipeline systems, preventing air pockets that reduce flow efficiency and increase energy consumption. Installed at high points in pipelines or at pump outlets, it automatically exhausts trapped air during system start-up, helping reduce water hammer and protect pipelines and pumps from damage. The valve features a durable ductile iron body and cover, stainless steel float and seal ring, and an EPDM seat seal for reliable sealing performance. Rated for PN10 pressure, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water and air applications. Its automatic operation improves pumping efficiency, reduces pipeline resistance, and enhances overall system reliability.
