The SCAR Sewage Composite Exhaust Valve is designed for sewage pipeline systems to automatically release large volumes of trapped air during filling and continuously discharge small amounts of accumulated air during normal operation. Installed at high points in the pipeline, it helps prevent water hammer, improve flow efficiency, and ensure smooth sewage transportation. The valve features a durable ductile iron body and cover with stainless steel float, stem, and orifice, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reliable sealing. Rated for PN10 working pressure, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media. Its lightweight construction, large exhaust capacity, leak-free performance, and simple mechanism ensure dependable long-term operation.
