The SD3/6/942X/H Shrink Disc Butterfly Valve is engineered for dependable shut-off and flow regulation in large-diameter industrial pipelines. Designed for water, oil, steam, compressed air, natural gas, and gasoline service, it is widely used in petroleum, chemical processing, electric power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, food processing, and municipal infrastructure. The valve features a ductile iron body, ductile iron or stainless steel disc, stainless steel or ductile iron shaft, graphite packing, asbestos-free gasket, and multiple sealing material options to meet diverse operating requirements. Available in PN0.6, PN1.0, and PN1.6 pressure ratings, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and supports manual, worm gear, pneumatic, and electric actuation for flexible system integration.
