The Z05X Socket Soft Sealing Gate Valve is designed for dependable shut-off in socket-connected pipeline systems, allowing direct connection to welded pipelines while reducing installation space. It is widely used in tap water, sewage, electric power, shipbuilding, fire protection, petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, and water treatment applications. The valve features a ductile iron body and bonnet, a ductile iron valve disc with EPDM/NBR sealing, a stainless steel stem, and a copper stem nut. Available in PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and other compatible media. Its reliable sealing, low operating torque, rigid construction, and easy installation provide long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.
