The Z545T Gear Transmission Metal-Seated Gate Valve is engineered for dependable isolation and flow control in water supply, drainage, and industrial pipeline systems. Constructed with a ductile iron body and wedge, an EPDM-coated ductile iron gate, stainless steel stem and seat, and a bronze stem nut, it delivers reliable operation and long service life. Available in PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings, the valve operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media. Its gear transmission mechanism minimizes operating effort, making it ideal for large-diameter pipelines in municipal, petrochemical, construction, food processing, textile, and other industrial applications.
