The Z545X Gear Operated Resilient Seated Gate Valve is designed for reliable on/off isolation in large-diameter water and industrial pipeline systems. Featuring gear transmission for smooth and effortless operation, it is suitable for municipal water supply, wastewater treatment, construction, petroleum, chemical processing, food, pharmaceutical, power generation, metallurgy, and pulp & paper industries. The valve is constructed with a ductile iron body and stem, a ductile iron gate with EPDM/NBR resilient sealing, a stainless steel bonnet, and a bronze stem nut. Available in PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings, it operates from 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and similar media, delivering reliable sealing, anti-jamming performance, and long service life.
