The Z85X / Z81X Groove Soft Sealed Gate Valve is designed for dependable shut-off in grooved piping systems. It is widely used in water supply, drainage, pumping stations, fire protection, petroleum, chemical processing, water treatment, and urban infrastructure applications. The valve features a ductile iron body and bonnet, a ductile iron wedge with EPDM/NBR resilient sealing, a stainless steel stem, and a steel handwheel nut for durability and reliable performance. Available in PN10 (Z85X) and PN16 (Z81X) pressure ratings, it operates within a temperature range of 1–80°C and is suitable for water, oil, and other non-corrosive liquids.
